Use the Objectives Ownership report

The Objectives Ownership report shows which individuals and groups have objectives and key results assigned — and which do not. Use it to identify coverage gaps and contact owners who need follow-up.

Before You Begin

You must have access to Objectives reporting. This feature is available on the Perform, Legacy Focus, and Total Platform pricing packages. Account admins see all objectives. Managers see only objectives within their visibility.

Steps

  1. Click Insights Dashboard in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Open the Reports tab using the top navigation.
  3. Click 🔍 Explore in the Objectives box.
  4. Click Ownership in the top navigation of the Objectives reporting page.
  5. Apply filters at the top of the page to narrow which individuals appear in the table.
  6. Open the View by dropdown in the top-right corner of the table.
  7. Select Individual or Group type to switch the table view.
  8. Review the columns displayed for Individual view:

  1. Review the columns displayed for Group type view:

  1. Check the box to the left of a name to select an individual or group.
  2. Click Contact at the top of the table to send a custom message to selected owners.
  3. Click Download in the top-right corner to export the report as CSV or XLSX.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
Key Results column does not appear Confirm Include key results is selected in filters Enable that filter option and reload the report
No individuals appear in the table Confirm filters are not set to an empty segment Clear all filters and reapply one at a time
Contact button does not appear Confirm at least one checkbox is selected Check the box to the left of at least one name
Download file is empty Confirm the table shows data before downloading Adjust filters so at least one record appears, then download
