The Objectives Status report shows how all objectives you have permission to view are tracking. Use it to filter by owner, type, or date range, and switch between table and chart views.
Before You Begin
You must have access to Objectives reporting. Objectives reporting is available on Perform, Legacy Focus, and Total Platform pricing packages. Account admins and managers can access this report.
Steps
- Click Insights Dashboard in the left-hand navigation.
- Open the Reports tab using the top navigation.
- Click 🔍 Explore in the Objectives box.
- Click the Status tab in the top navigation.
- Use the filters at the top of the page to set Owner, Objective type, Start date, End date, and Objective state.
- Review the summary header to see objective counts by status: on track, behind, at risk, and no status.
- Select a view using the icons in the top-right corner of the table.
- Nested view: Top-level parent objectives appear in the table. Click + next to a parent to expand its aligned child objectives. - Flat view: All objectives appear alphabetically in a single list. - Chart view: Parent objectives appear on the left. Click the number to the right of a parent to see its aligned objectives. Progress bars reflect each objective's status.
- Click an objective's name to open it. Progress bar colors indicate status: green = on track, yellow = behind, red = at risk, gray = no status.
- To view archived objectives, set the Objective state filter to Archived.
- Click Unarchive next to any archived objective you want to reinstate.
- Click Download in the top-right corner to export the report as a CSV or XLSX file.
If Something Goes Wrong
