Export a filtered view of objectives from the All Objectives page as a CSV or XLSX file. When complete, a file downloads to your device containing only the objectives visible in your current filtered view.
Available in: Perform, Legacy Focus, and Total Platform packages.
Before You Begin
- Your account must have Objectives enabled. See Enable or disable Objectives.
- You must have access to the Objectives feature. See Role-based permissions for Objectives.
Steps
- Click Objectives in the left-hand navigation.
- Apply filters to narrow the objectives shown. See Search and sort objectives on the All Objectives page for filter instructions.
- Confirm the objectives you want to export appear in the Objectives summary section.
- Click ... in the top-right corner of the page.
- Select Export as CSV/XLSX.
The file downloads to your device immediately. Only the objectives currently visible in your filtered view are included.

Each exported row contains the following fields:

- Owner First Name
- Owner Last Name
- Owner Email
- Owner Employee ID
- Owner Active Groups
- Manager First Name
- Manager Last Name

- Type
- Department
- Start Date
- End Date
- Parent Objective Title
- Impacts Parent Progress
- Privacy Settings
- Viewable by Groups
- Viewable by User Emails
- Status
- All Key Results information
- All Child Objective information
If Something Goes Wrong
