Understand the All Objectives page

> Note: Your organization may have renamed this feature. If you don't see "Objectives" in your navigation, check with your admin for the name used in your account.

The All Objectives page is the central hub for viewing, managing, and reporting on objectives across your organization. It shows every objective your role can access, displays parent-child relationships between objectives, and provides filters and views for locating and analyzing objectives at any scale.

Note: Access to this feature requires Objectives to be enabled for your account. This page is available to all roles. It is included in the Perform and Total Platform pricing packages. (SME verification needed: confirm whether "Legacy Focus" is a current package name before publishing.)

Feature Structure

The All Objectives page is organized into four functional areas:

  • Filter bar — Narrows the objective list by owner, type, status, alignment, date range, state, and tag.
  • View selector — Switches between Nested, Flat, and Chart views using icons in the top-right corner.
  • Search and sort bar — Locates objectives by keyword or reorders the list by due date, progress, or creation date.
  • Three-dot menu (Admins only) — Provides bulk actions: close or archive past-due objectives, copy a shareable link to the current view, or export the current view as CSV or XLSX.

View Options

Nested View

Displays objectives in a parent-to-child hierarchy. Sub-objectives appear indented under their parent. Closed or past-due child objectives appear if their parent objective is still active.

Flat View

Lists all objectives alphabetically in a single list. Only objectives matching your selected time filter appear.

Chart View

Displays objectives as cards in a visual alignment chart. Zoom and card size controls appear in the lower-right corner of the chart.
