Use these steps to change a goal's timeframe, modify or remove individual actions, add new actions, or delete a career goal entirely.
Before You Begin
You must have access to Career Hub. If Career Hub does not appear in your left-hand navigation, contact your 15Five administrator.
Steps
- Click Career Hub in the left-hand navigation.
- If you are a manager, click My Career Hub in the top-right corner.
- Click the Growth plan tab in the top navigation bar.
- Click the name of the career goal you want to edit or delete.
To edit the goal's timeframe:
- Click the date displayed at the top of the goal box.
- Select a new date.
To edit an action:
- Click directly on the action's text field.
- Type your changes.
To add an action:
- Click + add an action at the bottom of the goal box.
- Enter the action text.
To delete an action:
- Click the three dots to the right of the action.
- Select Delete.
To delete the career goal entirely:
- Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the goal box.
- Select Delete.
If Something Goes Wrong
