Enable or disable the ability to follow Objectives

Admins can control whether people in their organization can follow Objectives they don't own. When enabled, the Follow option appears on individual objectives for all users with Objectives access.

> Note: Your organization may have renamed this feature. If you don't see "Objectives" in your navigation, check with your admin for the name used in your account.

Before You Begin

  • You must be an Account Admin to access Objectives feature settings.
  • This setting is available on the Perform, Focus (Legacy), and Total Platform pricing packages.

Steps

  1. Click the Settings gear icon in the bottom-left corner of your 15Five account.
  2. Select Features from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click Objectives.
  4. Expand the Following Objectives section.
  5. Toggle the option On to allow following, or Off to disable it.
  6. Click Save.

The toggle reflects its saved state immediately. If the toggle position does not change after clicking Save, see the troubleshooting section below.
