Export performance ratings from a review cycle

Navigate to a completed review cycle to download individual Performance Ratings+ scores as a CSV. The exported file can then be used to populate a custom performance rating attribute in bulk or one-by-one.

Before You Begin

• You must have Best-Self Review® access and Manage people permission.
• The review cycle must be complete and must have included Performance Ratings+.
• This feature requires the Perform or Total Platform pricing package.

Steps

1. Click Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
2. Open the review cycle that included Performance Ratings+.
3. Click Company's results in the top menu row.
4. Scroll down to the Performance Ratings+ section on the Summary tab.
5. Click ... to the right of the performance ratings graph.
6. Select View score distribution to open the Performance Ratings+ details page.
7. Click Download in the Individuals table to save a CSV of individual ratings.
8. Open the CSV and delete all columns except Participant and either Rating, Overall Score, or both.
9. Save the CSV in UTF-8 format for use in attribute population.

> Which columns to keep: Use Rating to store label values (for example, At Level, Below Level). Use Overall Score to store the numerical score. Keep both if your attribute requires it.
