Filter review results by demographic attributes

HR Admins can filter Company Results on the Summary page by demographic attributes — including Gender, Race, Ethnicity, Age, Salary, and Tenure. When complete, the Summary page displays results scoped to the selected demographic segments.

Before You Begin

  • Demographic attributes must be enabled, populated, and visible in your account. See Understanding and Managing People Attributes in 15Five for setup steps.
  • You must have an HR Admin role to access Company's results.
  • This feature is available on the Perform and Total Platform pricing packages.

Steps

  1. Go to Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Click the name of the review cycle you want to view.
  3. Click the Company's results tab.
  4. Click the Summary tab (active by default on the results page).
  5. Click the Demographics & people data filter near the top of the page.

> Note: If this filter is grayed out, demographic data was not present at cycle kickoff. See for steps to refresh demographic data.

  1. Select one or more attribute values to filter by.

> Filter logic varies when selecting values across multiple attributes. See .

  1. In the Private Manager Assessment or Talent Matrix section, select an attribute under Compare by attribute to view results broken down by that attribute.

Confirmed: The Summary page updates to display results for participants matching the selected demographic filters.
