The Demographics & people data filter is grayed out when no demographic data existed in the system at the time the review cycle kicked off.
Key Rules
- The filter is grayed out based on the state at cycle kickoff — not whether data is missing now.
- If demographic attributes were uploaded after the cycle began, the data is available but not yet loaded into the cycle.
- You can manually refresh demographic data into the cycle from the cycle's Settings gear.
Refresh demographic data
- Navigate to the review cycle's Overview tab.
- Click the Settings gear in the top-right corner of the page.
- Select Refresh demographic data from the dropdown menu.
Common Misunderstanding
Seeing the filter grayed out does not mean demographic data is permanently unavailable for that cycle — refreshing pulls in any attributes uploaded since kickoff.
