The Score Calculations chart shows review admins and cycle collaborators a detailed breakdown of how a participant's performance rating was calculated. Opening this chart requires that you are already viewing the participant's review summary.
Before You Begin
- You must be a review admin or cycle collaborator. Direct managers, additional managers, and review viewers cannot access score calculations.
- The participant's review cycle must be complete.
- Navigate to the participant's Summary tab in the review cycle before starting these steps.
Steps
- Scroll to the Performance Ratings+ section at the bottom of the participant's Summary tab.
- Click View score calculations at the bottom of the Performance rating section.
- Click the down arrow next to View score calculations to expand the chart.

Reading the Score Calculations Chart
Each row in the chart represents one section from the review cycle question template that is included in the performance ratings formula.

All Weighted Score values are added together to produce the participant's final performance rating.
Actions Available in the Chart
- Click Performance ratings formula to open the formula assigned to the review cycle.
- Click the arrow to the left of a rating component to open a drawer showing the participant's individual question answers for that component.
- Hover over any column header to see how that column is calculated.
- Hover over any underlined percentage to see a breakdown of how that value was calculated.
- View the overall formula and a legend of calculation characters below the total score row.
If Something Goes Wrong
