After you create a custom performance rating attribute and export scores from a review cycle, enter each employee's rating directly on their account settings page.
Before You Begin
- You must have a custom performance rating attribute already created. See Create a custom performance rating attribute.
- You must have the exported performance ratings CSV from your review cycle. See Export performance ratings from a review cycle.
- Your account role must include access to Best-Self Review® and Manage people.
Steps
- Click the Settings gear in the bottom-left corner of your 15Five account.
- Select People from the dropdown menu.
- Use the filters or search bar on the Manage people page to find the employee.
- Click the employee's name to open their account settings page.
- Scroll down to the Additional information section.
- Enter the employee's performance rating from your exported CSV into the custom attribute field.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
If Something Goes Wrong
| Issue | Check | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Additional information section is not visible | Confirm the custom attribute was saved on the Manage attributes page | Create the attribute before editing employee profiles |
| Performance rating field does not appear for this employee | Confirm attribute permissions include this employee's role or group | Adjust attribute permissions in Manage attributes |
| Changes are not reflected after saving | Confirm you clicked Save at the bottom of the page, not partway up | Scroll fully to the bottom and click Save again |
