Filter and manage your Actions List

Use the view toggles and Show filters options on your Actions List to focus on the tasks most relevant to you right now. Filtering reduces noise and surfaces the actions that need your attention.

Before You Begin

You must have at least one action in your Actions List. Navigate to My Actions in the left-hand navigation to reach the page.

Steps

Switch the primary view

  1. Open My Actions from the left-hand navigation.
  2. Locate the view toggle bar at the top of the Actions List.
  3. Click Top Priority to see your most important system-generated and Action Plan tasks.
  4. Click Due This Week to see only actions due in the current week.
  5. Click All to see every open action.

Apply Show filters

  1. Click Show filters in the top-right corner of the Actions List.
  2. Click the Type filter to show a specific action type, such as Action Item or Discussion.
  3. Click the Assigned by filter to show only actions assigned by a specific person.
  4. Click the Impacted person filter to show actions shared with a specific person.
  5. Click the Status filter to show actions by status: open, completed, expired, or archived.
  6. Select your value within each filter to apply it.
  7. To remove a filter, click its label again and deselect the value.
