Connect ADP Workforce Now to 15Five using HRIS Connector

Admins can use this article to connect ADP Workforce Now to 15Five via the HRIS Connector. When setup is complete, employee data syncs automatically from ADP into 15Five every 24 hours.

Note: ADP Canada is not supported.

Before You Begin

  • You must be an Account Admin in 15Five and an administrator in ADP. Only the person who purchases the integration can provide data consent.
  • Review the HRIS Connector — Feature Overview to understand sync behavior before setup.

Steps

Phase 1: Enable the integration and copy your Merge token

  1. Click the Settings gear in the bottom-left corner of 15Five.
  2. Select Integrations from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click Manage next to HRIS Connector.
  4. Click the ADP logo in the integrations list.
  5. Click Continue on the first step of the setup modal.
  6. Copy the Merge token displayed in the second step of the setup modal.

- Keep this token available — you will enter it in ADP Marketplace in Phase 2.

Phase 2: Purchase the integration in ADP Marketplace

  1. Log in to ADP Marketplace.
  2. Search for 15Five using the search bar in the top-right corner.
  3. Select 15Five Connector for ADP Workforce Now®.
  4. Click Edit on the first screen of the ADP purchase flow.
  5. Enter the Merge token copied from 15Five, then click Continue to validate.
  6. Click Next once the token is verified.
  7. Enter your payment information on the Confirm Order page.
  8. Check the box to confirm you have read and agree to the Terms of Service.
  9. Click Complete purchase.

- ADP sends a confirmation email when your order subscription is complete.

Phase 3: Provide data consent and finalize

  1. Click Go to MyApps in ADP.
  2. Click the 15Five app on the Applications page.
  3. Click Allow on the Client Authorization page.

- You are redirected to your 15Five account automatically.

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > HRIS Connector > ADP.
  2. Complete the authentication modal steps to finalize consent.

Confirmation: The HRIS Connector status for ADP shows as Connected in Settings > Integrations. 15Five begins its first data sync within 24 hours. To verify sync behavior and configure field mapping, see HRIS Connector — Feature Overview.

If Something Goes Wrong

Merge token is not accepted in ADP Marketplace Confirm you copied the full token from the 15Five setup modal without extra spaces Return to Settings > Integrations > HRIS Connector > ADP and copy the token again, then re-enter it in ADP
