Populating the start_date field in your HRIS and running a sync sets a future access date for employees in 15Five. The employee appears in 15Five after the sync but cannot log in until that date.
Before You Begin
- Your HRIS must be connected to 15Five using the HRIS Connector.
- You must have access to the Manage people page in 15Five.
- The
start_datefield must be supported and editable in your HRIS.
Steps
- Open your HRIS and navigate to the employee's profile.
- Locate the start date field.
- Enter the date you want the employee to access 15Five.
- Save the change in your HRIS.
- Trigger a sync between your HRIS and 15Five.
- In 15Five, click the Settings gear in the bottom-left corner.
- Select People to open the Manage people page.
- Confirm the employee appears in the Inactive tab under Pending invitations or Created people.
If Something Goes Wrong
