Microlearning consists of video-based courses that include interactive exercises and supporting resources. Each course is accessible directly within 15Five. Content is grounded in 15Five's core management competencies.
Course completion visibility: A manager's course completion is visible only to that manager. Analytics and reporting require a separate product configuration — see the note below.
Note: Completion reporting and analytics are not available within Microlearning itself. For visibility into manager course completion across your organization, contact your 15Five account representative.
