Managers with Content access can use the Training > Journey page to find and start on-demand courses from the Manager Effectiveness course library.
Before You Begin
- Your organization must have Content enabled. Content is available as an add-on to any pricing package. Contact your admin to confirm access.
Steps
- Go to Training > Journey in the left navigation.
- Locate the Assigned courses section to see courses your admin has assigned to you.
- Click Online Courses in the Coaching & Training Tools section in the top-right corner of the page.
The Content homepage opens. From here you can access all on-demand courses in the Manager Effectiveness course library.
Content Sections
The Content homepage is organized into four sections. Not all sections are available to all customers.
Microlearnings
Available to Total Platform customers only.
Microlearnings are short training courses covering specific management practices. Each course includes a progress bar and a Resume button so you can continue where you left off.
Available actions:
- Click a course to open it, then click Get Started to register.
- Open a course and check the progress bar to see your completion status.
- Click Resume under the progress bar to continue a course in progress.
Courses
Courses are created by 15Five's in-house coaches and cover management skills and team performance topics.
Available actions:
- Click a course to open it, then click Get Started to register.
- Open a course and check the progress bar to see your completion status.
- Click Resume under the progress bar to continue a course in progress.
Tracks
Tracks are curated series of courses that address specific manager competencies. Available tracks include Manager Accelerator, Manager Essentials, and Giving and Receiving Feedback.
Available actions:
- Click a track to open it, then click Get Started to register.
- Completed courses within a track display a Complete banner on the track page.
- Click Show Overview to see a full, clickable list of course content within a track.
Featured Luminaries
Featured Luminaries are courses led by subject-matter experts in management and leadership development.
Available actions:
- Click a course to open it, then click Get Started to register.
- Open a course and check the progress bar to see your completion status.
- Click Resume under the progress bar to continue a course in progress.
If Something Goes Wrong
