Mark an action as complete

Marking an action complete removes it from your active Actions List. Completed actions remain accessible using the Completed status filter.

Before You Begin

This procedure applies to User Actions only. Transform coaching and course actions cannot be marked complete manually — skip to the note below.

Steps

  1. Go to My actions in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Locate the action you want to mark complete in the Actions List.
  3. Click the checkmark to the left of the action.

The action disappears from your active Actions List.

If Something Goes Wrong

Checkmark is disabled Confirm the action type — Transform coaching and course actions have a disabled checkbox Complete the related Transform activity or course; the action updates automatically
Completed action is no longer visible The default view hides completed actions Click Show filters, set Status to Completed to find it
