Use the View Results As tool to preview an Engagement campaign's results exactly as a specific person would see them. When complete, the campaign results page displays that person's access level, confirming what they will see before you share results with them.
Note: Only HR Admins can access the participant list in Engagement Campaign Results.
Before You Begin
- You must have access to the Engagement Dashboard.
- The campaign must have a View results button available (campaign is complete or results are ready).
Steps
- Go to Surveys > Engagement in the left-hand navigation.
- Click View results next to the campaign you want to preview.
- Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the Campaign Summary page.
- Select View Results As.
- In the bar that appears at the top of the screen, search for and select the person whose view you want to preview.
- The results page now displays exactly what that person sees, including their access level.
- To exit the preview, close or clear the View Results As bar at the top of the screen.
- The page returns to your own admin view.
If Something Goes Wrong
