Share Engagement Survey Results

HR Admins use this article to manually release engagement survey results to individuals in their organization. When complete, each selected person receives access to results and an email notification.

Note: This article applies only when Controlled release was selected during campaign setup. If Release automatically was selected, results are distributed to everyone with results visibility within approximately 2 hours of the campaign ending — no manual action is required. See for details.

Before You Begin

  • You must have HR Admin access to the Engagement Dashboard.
  • The campaign must be completed.
  • Controlled release must have been selected during campaign setup.

Steps

  1. Go to Surveys > Engagement in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Click View results next to the completed campaign.
  3. Click Release results in the orange callout banner at the top of the Campaign Summary page.
  4. Locate the person using the search bar, or use the filter to narrow by access level (Full, Limited + groups, or Limited) or group membership.
  5. Check the box next to each person you want to grant access to.
  6. Click Save.
Note: A ✓ checkmark next to a name indicates that person already has access. Unchecked names have not yet been granted access.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
Release results banner does not appear Confirm the campaign status is Completed Wait for the campaign to end, or verify the campaign end date in campaign settings
Release results banner does not appear Confirm Controlled release was selected during setup If Release automatically was selected, no action is needed — results are distributed automatically
A person does not appear in the sidebar list Confirm the person has been assigned a results visibility role in campaign settings Update the person's results access level in campaign settings before releasing
Person does not receive an email after access is granted Confirm the person's email address is active in their 15Five account Ask the person to check their spam folder, then contact 15Five Support if the issue persists

What Resolution Looks Like

After clicking Save, a checkmark appears next to each person you selected. Each person receives an email notification that results are available.
