Resend an engagement survey invitation to any participant in an active campaign. The participant receives a new email containing their unique survey link.
Before You Begin
- You must have the Engagement Admin role. See How to assign an administrative role for engagement campaigns for setup instructions.
- The campaign must be active. Invitations cannot be resent for ended or paused campaigns.
Steps
- Go to Surveys > Engagement in the left-hand navigation.
- Click the name of the active campaign.
> Alternatively, click the ellipsis (…) to the far right of the campaign row and select Track Progress.
- Click the Settings gear icon to the right of the campaign name.
- Select Resend Survey.
- Locate the participant in the list.
- Click the resend icon to the right of the participant's name.
A confirmation toast appears at the bottom of the screen stating the invitation was sent successfully. The participant receives a new email with their unique survey link.
If Something Goes Wrong
