This article walks you through setting the default timezone and location for your 15Five account.
Before You Begin
- You must have the Account Admin role.
- You need access to Company Settings.
- The timezone and location you set here apply to all users by default. Individual users can override these values in their own account settings.
Steps
- Click the Settings gear icon in the bottom-left corner of your 15Five account.
- Select Company settings from the dropdown menu.
- The Company info tab opens by default.
- Locate the Company details section.
- Select a value from the Company timezone dropdown.
- Enter or update the Company location field.
- Click Save.
What Success Looks Like
The updated timezone and location appear in Company Settings. Users who have not set an individual override inherit the new defaults.
If Something Goes Wrong
