When your organization uses the HRIS Connector with ADP Workforce Now, you can sync termination reasons, termination types (voluntary/involuntary), and regret status directly into 15Five. After you enable this setting, termination data added in ADP syncs to 15Five automatically.
Before You Begin
- This setting is enabled automatically for organizations that integrated with ADP after September 2024. Complete these steps only if your ADP integration was set up before that date.
- You must have admin access to both 15Five account settings and your ADP integration.
Steps
- Click the Settings gear in the bottom-left corner of your 15Five account.
- Select HRIS Connector from the dropdown menu.
- Click Manage your HRIS Integration at the top of the page.
- Open the Configuration tab.
- Check the box next to Additional Termination Data.
Termination data added in ADP will now sync to 15Five automatically.
If Something Goes Wrong
