Navigate the Action Plans tab in the Insights Dashboard

This article covers how to open the Action Plans tab in the Insights Dashboard and apply filters to view plans. When complete, you will see a filtered list of Action Plans for your organization.

Before You Begin

  • Access to the Insights Dashboard requires a Perform or Total Platform subscription. Confirm your plan before proceeding.
  • Only Account Admins, HR Admins, and Managers with assigned access can view the Action Plans tab. See Who can access the Insights Dashboard and Amaya in 15Five?] for the full access matrix.

Steps

  1. Click Insights Dashboard in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Click the Action Plans tab at the top of the page.
  3. Review the plans listed. The dashboard displays all In Progress, Drafted, and Archived plans created for your organization.
  4. Apply filters to narrow the list:

- Outcomes — filters plans by strategic outcome: Engagement, Performance, or Turnover - Metrics — filters plans by the specific metric assigned during plan creation

  1. To create a new plan, click Draft Action Plan in the upper-right corner.

> Creating an Action Plan is a separate workflow. See Create an Action Plan for instructions.

Success state: The Action Plans tab is visible and displays your organization's plans. Filters update the list immediately when applied.
