The Performance Ratings Details page lets you filter performance data and review three reports: Score Distribution, Compare Groups, and Trends Over Time.
Before You Begin
- You must have access to Best-Self Review® Reporting.
- You must be a Review Admin, Cycle Collaborator, or Manager with direct reports in the cycle.
- Navigate to the Performance Ratings+ section on the Summary tab first. See Analyze Performance Ratings in a Review Cycle for those steps.
Steps
- In the Performance Ratings+ section, click the three dots menu.
- Select View score distribution to open the Details page.
- In the Groups filter, select a hierarchy level or department.
- In the Review cycles filter, select one or more cycles to include.
- In the Ratings filter, select a specific rating to narrow results.
- Review the Score Distribution report to see how ratings are spread across the selected group.
- Review the Compare Groups report to see ratings side by side across segments.
- Review the Trends Over Time report to see how ratings have changed across cycles.
If Something Goes Wrong

| No data appears after applying filters | Selected filters may return zero participants | Broaden the Groups, Review cycles, or Ratings filter selection |
| Compare Groups report is empty | Fewer than two groups may be selected | Select at least two groups in the Groups filter |
| Trends Over Time shows only one data point | Only one review cycle is selected | Add additional cycles in the Review cycles filter |
| Details page is inaccessible | Your role may lack reporting access | Confirm with your admin that Best-Self Review® Reporting is enabled for your account |
