No one can access your meeting transcripts, in the 15Five app or through the 15Five MCP. Kona never stores recordings, only transcripts. Transcripts are encrypted and stored for 30 days for quality assurance. Transcripts are never accessible to HR, managers, or employees.
15Five's privacy principle for Kona is to protect managers and their teams. There is no compliance or audit access to raw transcripts. The coaching tips Kona delivers are based on what was discussed, but the underlying transcript is never surfaced to anyone.
Coaching tips are delivered only to the manager. Direct reports do not receive coaching guidance unless the manager explicitly shares it.
