- 15Five MCP lets the AI tool you already use, such as Claude or ChatGPT, work with your 15Five data.
- With 15Five MCP, each person connects with their own 15Five login. Their AI tool sees only what that person can already see in 15Five.
- With 15Five MCP, how the data is read is up to you. Your AI tool brings its own context, prompts, and other data sources.
- Amaya works inside 15Five and is available to HR Admins only.
- Amaya already knows how to read 15Five people data. It needs no setup.
- Both use the same 15Five data and the same permissions. 15Five MCP does not widen what anyone can see.
- Every 15Five MCP answer links back to the 15Five record it came from.
