Turn on updates so connected AI tools can make a limited set of changes in 15Five, as the person using them. When complete, the Updates toggle on the 15Five MCP card is on.
Note: 15Five MCP sends your 15Five data out to your AI tool. AI tool connectors in Agents Hub work in the opposite direction: they bring AI usage data in to 15Five. For those, see Connected work tools: Feature Overview.
Before You Begin
- You are an HR Admin or Company Admin.
- 15Five MCP is turned on for your company. See Turn on 15Five MCP for your company.
Steps
- Go to Agents Hub > Integrations.
- Locate the 15Five MCP card.
- Confirm the Access toggle is on.
- Turn on the Updates toggle.
Confirmation: The Updates toggle on the 15Five MCP card shows as on. A connected AI tool no longer returns "Writing to 15Five is not enabled for your company."
Important: One Updates toggle covers every change a connected AI tool can make. Each change is made as the person, only where 15Five already lets that person make it. For the list of changes, see 15Five MCP: Feature Overview.
Important: Some changes reach other people. A High Five given through 15Five MCP is posted publicly and notifies the recipients. Ending a 1-on-1 cannot be undone, and 15Five emails both people the summary.
