Note: 15Five MCP is in a closed beta for early adopters. 15Five turns it on for each company in the beta. To ask about joining, contact 15Five Support.
This article lists the tools a connected AI tool can call through 15Five MCP, grouped by 15Five area. Your AI tool shows these tool names when it asks to use one, and lets you choose which are always allowed, which ask first, and which are never used.
Note: 15Five MCP lets your AI tool read your 15Five data, and make a limited set of changes when updates are turned on. AI tool connectors in Agents Hub work in the opposite direction: they bring AI usage data in to 15Five. For those, see Connected work tools: Feature Overview.
Note: Your organization may have renamed Objectives or Best-Self Reviewยฎ. The tools return your organization's own names.
Feature Structure
Every tool acts as the person who connected it. A read tool returns only what that person can already see in 15Five. An update tool works only when updates are turned on for the company, and only where 15Five already lets that person make the change. Every tool returns a link back to the 15Five record it used.

Key Rules
- A tool never returns more than the person can already see in 15Five.
- Update tools work only when updates are turned on for the company. One setting covers all of them.
- A connected AI tool cannot create or close records, edit targets, descriptions, or dates, submit a check-in, or change reviews or High Fives.
- A retried update with the same request ID is not applied twice.
- This list changes as 15Five adds tools. Your AI tool shows the current tools when you connect.
