Managers can review a direct report's completed Career Hub to prepare for career growth conversations. After the employee has filled out their Career Hub, their answers become visible to you based on section-specific sharing rules.
Before You Begin
- You must be the direct manager of the employee whose Career Hub you want to review.
- The employee must have completed at least one section of their Career Hub.
- Career Hub requires the Perform or Total Platform pricing package.
Steps
- Log in to 15Five and select My Team from the left navigation.
- Select the direct report whose Career Hub you want to review.
- Click the Career Hub tab on the employee's profile.
- Review the Role Clarity tab to see the employee's responsibilities, projects, and tasks.
- Check whether the employee has shared their energizing levels — unshared ratings are hidden until the employee shares them.
- Click the Strengths tab to view the employee's entered strengths, values, and passions.
- Click the Career Vision tab — content is visible only after the employee has shared their answers.
- Click the Growth Plan tab to review the employee's career goals and progress.
