Career Hub: Overview

Career Hub is a structured space for managing job descriptions, competencies, career paths, and growth plans. Admins configure the feature and upload role data. Managers use it to clarify responsibilities and support direct reports' development. Employees complete their own Career Hub tabs and track career goals.

Key Rules

  • Career Hub must be enabled by an admin before managers or employees can access it.
  • Admins can upload job descriptions, responsibilities, and competencies in bulk via CSV.
  • Managers can edit a direct report's job description, responsibilities, projects, and tasks directly.
  • Employees can manage their own responsibilities and projects, and complete all Career Hub tabs independently.
  • Growth plans, career goals, and competency data are visible to both the employee and their manager.
