Report a Kona issue from your 1-on-1s

Use this article to submit a Kona issue report directly from the 1-on-1s experience in 15Five. After submitting, you will see a confirmation that your report was received.

Before You Begin

Steps

  1. Click 1-on-1s in the left navigation.
  2. Locate the 1-on-1 with the issue.
  3. Click Report Kona Issue on that 1-on-1.
  4. Select the specific meeting from the list.
  5. In the text field, describe what happened. Include:

- What you expected Kona to do (e.g., "Join my 1-on-1 with Alex at 3:00 PM") - What actually happened (e.g., "Kona did not join") - Meeting title, date, time, and participants - Whether Kona was invited to the calendar event - Any changes to the meeting — late start, early end, or calendar edits

  1. Click Submit.
Note: The Report Kona Issue option also appears in Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Kona error notification emails. You can submit from any of those entry points using the same form.

What Completion Looks Like

After clicking Submit, a confirmation message appears indicating your report was received. No ticket number or email acknowledgment is displayed in the UI.
