Use this article to submit a Kona issue report directly from the 1-on-1s experience in 15Five. After submitting, you will see a confirmation that your report was received.
Before You Begin
- Kona must be connected to your calendar. See Connect Your Calendar to Kona Meeting Assistant.
- You must have an existing 1-on-1 in 15Five for the meeting you are reporting.
Steps
- Click 1-on-1s in the left navigation.
- Locate the 1-on-1 with the issue.
- Click Report Kona Issue on that 1-on-1.
- Select the specific meeting from the list.
- In the text field, describe what happened. Include:
- What you expected Kona to do (e.g., "Join my 1-on-1 with Alex at 3:00 PM") - What actually happened (e.g., "Kona did not join") - Meeting title, date, time, and participants - Whether Kona was invited to the calendar event - Any changes to the meeting — late start, early end, or calendar edits
- Click Submit.
What Completion Looks Like
After clicking Submit, a confirmation message appears indicating your report was received. No ticket number or email acknowledgment is displayed in the UI.
