Access Engagement Campaign Results via the Engagement Tab

Use this article to access results for a completed engagement campaign via the Engagement tab. When complete, you will be on the Campaign Summary page for your selected campaign.

Note: This feature is available on the Engage, Total Platform, and Legacy Perform pricing packages. Access requires engagement results visibility assigned by an admin.

Before You Begin

  • Your engagement campaign must be closed. Results are not accessible while a campaign is active.
  • Your account must have engagement results visibility enabled for you. Contact your admin if you are unsure.

Steps

  1. Go to Engagement > Surveys > Engagement (admins) or Engagement (non-admins) in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Scroll down to the Completed Campaigns section.
  3. Click the engagement campaign you want to view.
  4. To view a different campaign, click the campaign name at the top of the page and select another campaign from the dropdown.

You are now on the Campaign Summary page for the selected campaign.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
Completed Campaigns section is empty Confirm the campaign has closed — active campaigns do not appear here Wait until the campaign end date passes, or contact your admin to confirm the campaign is closed
Engagement option is not visible in the left-hand navigation Confirm your role has engagement results visibility Ask your admin to grant you engagement results visibility
Campaign results show no data Confirm at least one response was submitted before the campaign closed Contact your admin — campaigns with zero responses display no results
