Add or remove a participant from a review cycle

Review admins and cycle collaborators can add or remove participants from an active review cycle. When complete, the participant's status updates to Participant or Non-participant in the cycle.

Note: Your organization may have renamed this feature. If you don't see Reviews in your navigation, check with your admin for the name used in your account.

Before You Begin

  • You must have Review Admin or Cycle Collaborator access to manage participants.
  • Participants can only be added or removed before the cycle end date. To extend a cycle, see Extend a review cycle.

Add a participant

  1. Go to Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Click the ... to the right of the cycle name.
  3. Select Manage participants from the dropdown menu.
  4. Search for the person's name, or click Filter by to filter by Participation status, Group, or Manager.
  5. Click the ... to the right of the person's name.
  6. Select Add to cycle from the dropdown menu.

A confirmation banner appears at the top of the screen. The person's participation status updates to Participant.

Remove a participant

  1. Go to Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Click the ... to the right of the cycle name.
  3. Select Manage participants from the dropdown menu.
  4. Search for the person's name, or click Filter by to filter by Participation status, Group, or Manager.
  5. Click the ... to the right of the person's name.
  6. Select Remove from cycle from the dropdown menu.
  7. Click Remove [name] from the cycle in the confirmation dialog.

A confirmation banner appears at the top of the screen. The person's participation status updates to Non-participant.

If Something Goes Wrong
