This article covers how to browse the Talking Point Bank and add a question directly to a 1-on-1 agenda. When complete, the talking point appears in your agenda list inside the open 1-on-1.

Before You Begin
- You must have access to 1-on-1s in your 15Five account.
- A 1-on-1 with the relevant person must already exist. To create one first, see Schedule a 1-on-1 meeting.
Steps
- Go to 1-on-1s in the left-hand navigation.
- Click the 1-on-1 you want to add a talking point to.
- Locate the 1-on-1 Tips box on the right side of the screen.
- Click Browse talking points to open the Talking Point Bank.
- Find a question you want to add.
- Click + next to the question.
The talking point appears in your 1-on-1 agenda list. To reorder it, hover over the talking point and drag using the six-dot icon on its left. To mark it private, click the lock icon on its right.
