Add a talking point from the Talking Point Bank to a 1-on-1 agenda

This article covers how to browse the Talking Point Bank and add a question directly to a 1-on-1 agenda. When complete, the talking point appears in your agenda list inside the open 1-on-1.

Available on: Perform, Total Platform, and Focus (legacy) pricing packages.

Before You Begin

  • You must have access to 1-on-1s in your 15Five account.
  • A 1-on-1 with the relevant person must already exist. To create one first, see Schedule a 1-on-1 meeting.

Steps

  1. Go to 1-on-1s in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Click the 1-on-1 you want to add a talking point to.
  3. Locate the 1-on-1 Tips box on the right side of the screen.
  4. Click Browse talking points to open the Talking Point Bank.
  5. Find a question you want to add.
  6. Click + next to the question.

The talking point appears in your 1-on-1 agenda list. To reorder it, hover over the talking point and drag using the six-dot icon on its left. To mark it private, click the lock icon on its right.

Note: Private talking points are visible only to you. The other 1-on-1 participant cannot see them before or during the meeting.
