Use the Manage People page to add a termination date to an individual employee's account. When saved, the profile moves to the Terminated tab and the termination date becomes available in HR Outcomes Dashboard turnover reporting.
Before You Begin
- You must have Account Admin access to the Manage People page.
- To add termination dates for multiple employees at once, see Add Users via Bulk CSV Import instead.
- To sync termination dates automatically from your HRIS, see Configure HRIS sync settings and run a data sync.
Steps
- Go to People in the left-hand navigation.
- Open the Active, Invited, or Deactivated tab to locate the employee.
- Use the search bar or filters to find the employee.
- Click the employee's name to open their account settings.
- Enter the date in the Termination date field.
- Click Save at the bottom of the page.
The employee's profile moves to the Terminated tab. The termination date appears in the Date column alongside Type and Impact.
Note: HR admins can also view Termination Type and Termination Impact on the employee's profile page under Private attributes. These fields are encrypted and read-only.
