Access the 15Five Billing Portal

Use the 15Five Billing Portal to view and manage your subscription, payment methods, and billing contact information. When complete, you will be signed into the Billing Portal in a new browser tab or window.

Before You Begin

You must have the Account Admin or Billing Admin role to access the Billing Portal. If you are unsure of your role, contact your 15Five Account Admin.

Steps

  1. Click the settings gear icon in the bottom-left corner of your 15Five account.
  2. Click Company Settings from the dropdown.
  3. Click the Billing tab.
  4. Click Manage billing details in the top-right corner of the page.

The Billing Portal opens. From here you can add or update payment methods and view open invoices.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
Billing tab is not visible Confirm your role is Account Admin or Billing Admin in Company Settings > People Contact 15Five Support at support@15five.com to request Billing Admin access
Manage billing details button is not visible Confirm you are on the Billing tab, not another Company Settings tab Navigate directly to Company Settings > Billing and reload the page
Billing Portal does not open after clicking Manage billing details Check whether your browser is blocking pop-ups or new tabs Allow pop-ups for 15five.com in your browser settings, then click Manage billing details again
You need a copy of a previously paid invoice The Billing Portal only surfaces open invoices Contact 15Five Support at support@15five.com with your invoice request
