Add, edit, or delete company values

Admins can add, edit, and delete company values from Company settings. Updated values appear immediately in High Fives and active review cycles.

Before You Begin

  • You must have account admin access to Company settings.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Company settings.
  2. Click the Company info tab if it is not already selected.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the arrow next to Company values to expand the section.
  4. To add a value, click + Add another value and type the new value name.
  5. To edit a value, click into the value's text field and update the text.
  6. To delete a value, click the trash can icon to the right of that value.
  7. Click Save.

Your updated values appear in the Company values list immediately after saving.

Updated values do not appear in High Fives Confirm the save completed and the page reloaded Reload the page and verify the value appears in the Company values list before testing in High Fives
