Add or edit company values

Company values appear as hashtags in High Fives and as assessment criteria in review cycles. Adding them in Company Settings makes them available across your 15Five account.

Before You Begin

You must have Account Admin access to edit Company Settings.

Steps

  1. Click the Settings gear in the bottom-left corner of your 15Five account.
  2. Select Company settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. Confirm you are on the Company info tab.
  4. Scroll to the Company values section.
  5. Click Add value to create a new value.
  6. Enter the value name in the text field.
  7. Click Save to confirm the new value.

To edit an existing value:

  1. Locate the value in the Company values section.
  2. Click the edit icon next to the value name.
  3. Update the text in the field.
  4. Click Save.

To remove a value:

  1. Locate the value in the Company values section.
  2. Click the delete icon next to the value name.
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
Add value option not visible Confirm your role is Account Admin Log out and back in, or contact your account owner to verify role assignment
Value does not appear after saving Check for duplicate value names Refresh the page; if still missing, re-enter and save again
Cannot delete a value Value may be in use in an active review cycle End or archive the review cycle before removing the value
