Feature Structure
eNPS Score
The eNPS Score section displays your organization's overall score based on responses to: "On a scale from 0–10, how likely are you to recommend [Organization] as a great place to work?"
Responses are sorted into three categories:
- Promoters (9–10) — loyal and enthusiastic advocates
- Passives (7–8) — satisfied but not actively enthusiastic
- Detractors (0–6) — unlikely to recommend the organization
The score is calculated as: eNPS = % Promoters − % Detractors. Scores range from −100 to 100. A range bar below the score shows where your result falls on the full scale.
Response Breakdown
The Response Breakdown section shows the distribution of responses across the three categories: Promoters, Passives, and Detractors.
Use this section to:
- See the proportion of each category at a glance
- Identify areas of strength and areas that need attention
- Monitor how distributions shift across campaigns
Select Show full distribution to see the percentage of respondents who selected each value on the 0–10 scale.
eNPS Trend
The eNPS Trend section shows how your score has changed across past engagement campaigns. The X-axis shows campaigns; the Y-axis shows eNPS score. The subtitle displays the point change since the previous campaign.
Use this section to:
- Track shifts in sentiment over time
- Connect engagement actions to score changes
- Identify sustained improvements or declines across specific periods
eNPS Breakdown
The eNPS Breakdown section provides a side-by-side comparison of eNPS results across groups or demographics within your organization.
For each group, this section displays:
- eNPS Score
- Percentage of Promoters, Passives, and Detractors
- Response count
Use the Compare by filter in the top-right corner to break down results by department, location, manager, tenure, or other attributes.
Groups that do not meet your organization's confidentiality threshold are hidden.

- The eNPS Report does not include open-ended follow-up responses — those appear in the Feedback Report only.
