Use a CSV import to update Check-in frequency for multiple people at once. When the import completes, each person's individual frequency setting reflects the values in your file.
Before You Begin
- You must have Admin access to Check-ins feature settings.
- This feature is available on Perform, Focus, and Total Platform packages.
- Run this import only at the start of a new Check-in period. Importing mid-period can cause duplicate or missing Check-ins.
Steps
- Prepare a CSV file using the column reference table below.
- Navigate to People in the left panel and select Manage People.
- Click Bulk update (or your account's equivalent bulk import control).
- Upload your prepared CSV file.
- Review the import summary and confirm.
