Bulk update Check-in frequency via CSV import

Use a CSV import to update Check-in frequency for multiple people at once. When the import completes, each person's individual frequency setting reflects the values in your file.

Before You Begin

  • You must have Admin access to Check-ins feature settings.
  • This feature is available on Perform, Focus, and Total Platform packages.
  • Run this import only at the start of a new Check-in period. Importing mid-period can cause duplicate or missing Check-ins.

Steps

  1. Prepare a CSV file using the column reference table below.
  2. Navigate to People in the left panel and select Manage People.
  3. Click Bulk update (or your account's equivalent bulk import control).
  4. Upload your prepared CSV file.
  5. Review the import summary and confirm.

checkinperiod column rejected Verify the value uses exact casing: Weekly, Biweekly, or Monthly Correct casing and re-import
Duplicate or missing Check-ins appear after import Confirm the import ran at the start of a Check-in period, not mid-period Contact 15Five Support to resolve duplicate or missing Check-ins
duedayweek value rejected Confirm the value matches accepted options for the selected checkinperiod Use Odd/Even for Biweekly; use FirstLast for Monthly
