What happens when Check-ins are disabled for a user?

When Check-ins are disabled for a specific user, that user immediately loses access to the Check-ins feature across the product.

What Changes

  • The Check-ins tab disappears from both the web and mobile versions of 15Five for that user.
  • The user loses access to all previously submitted and in-progress Check-ins.
  • No Check-in data for that user appears in Check-ins reporting.
  • The user stops receiving Check-in notifications and reminders.

What Does Not Change

Disabling Check-ins for a user does not permanently delete their historical Check-in data. The data becomes inaccessible while the feature is off. Re-enabling Check-ins for the user restores their access to past submissions.
