Set a custom Check-in frequency for an individual

Set a custom Check-in frequency on a single person's account settings page. The individual frequency overrides any group or company default for that person.

Before You Begin

  • Make frequency changes at the start of a new Check-in period. Changes made mid-period may create duplicate or missing Check-ins.
  • To update multiple people at once, use bulk import instead. See Bulk update people.

Steps

  1. In the left panel, select Manage People under People.
  2. Search for the person whose frequency you want to change.
  3. Click the person's name to open their account settings.
  4. Scroll down to the Check-in frequency section.
  5. Check the box next to Independent frequency.
  6. Select the desired frequency: Weekly, Every other week, or Monthly.
  7. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
