Set a company-wide vacation to skip Check-ins (Admin)

Account Admins can set a vacation that skips Check-ins for everyone in the organization at once. When the vacation is saved, any Check-in period that overlaps with the vacation dates — even by one day — is skipped for all users.

Before You Begin

You must have Account Admin access to complete these steps.

Steps

  1. Click the Settings gear in the bottom-left corner of your 15Five account.
  2. Select Company settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click Vacations in the top navigation bar.
  4. Enter the start and end dates for the company vacation.
  5. Add a note in the notes field (optional).
  6. Click Add vacation.
