Clone a review cycle

> Note: Your organization may have renamed this feature. If you don't see Reviews in your navigation, check with your admin for the name used in your account.

Cloning a review cycle creates a new draft cycle using the settings of an existing one. When complete, a new draft cycle appears in your Review Cycles list ready for editing.

Before You Begin

  • You must have Review admin permissions. Contact your account admin if you do not have this role.

Steps

  1. Go to Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Locate the review cycle you want to clone.
  3. Click ... to the right of that cycle.
  4. Select Clone review cycle from the dropdown menu.
  5. On the Edit Cycle page, update any settings as needed.
  6. Complete the remaining steps in the cycle setup widget to finalize the new cycle.

> Note: Cloning copies settings such as timelines, question sets, and participant groups. Review and update participants before launching — participant lists may be outdated.

Confirmation: A new draft review cycle named "Clone of [original cycle name]" appears in the Review Cycles list.

See Create a review cycle for full guidance on each setup step.
