Configure advanced performance review components (Admin)

Advanced Settings control which optional components are available when building any review cycle. Enabling a component here makes it available for inclusion — it does not activate it in every cycle automatically.

Before You Begin

  • You must be an Account Admin.
  • Best-Self Review® must be enabled on your account (available in Perform and Total Platform packages).
  • Complete basic feature settings before configuring advanced components.

Steps

  1. Click the Settings gear in the bottom-left corner of your 15Five account.
  2. Select Features from the menu.
  3. Open the Best-Self Review® section.
  4. Scroll to the Advanced Settings area.

Enable Company Values

  1. Locate the Company Values toggle.
  2. Turn the toggle on to allow reviewers to assess values in future cycles.

Enable Objectives

  1. Locate the Objectives toggle.
  2. Turn the toggle on to make objectives available in review cycles.
  3. Select the default objective types to include: Company-wide, Group, and/or Individual.

Enable Performance Ratings+

  1. Locate the Performance Ratings+ toggle.
  2. Turn the toggle on to enable automated numerical performance score calculation.
  3. Set the default for who can see the rating.
  4. Set the default for whether additional manager reviews are included in the calculation.
  5. Click Save.
