This article covers how to enable Objectives in your 15Five account and configure which objective types are included in a review cycle by default. When complete, the Objectives section will appear in applicable review cycles.
Before You Begin
- You must have the Review Admin role to complete these steps.
- Objectives must be in use in your 15Five account before enabling this setting.
Phase 1: Enable Objectives for review cycles
- Click the Settings gear icon in the bottom-left corner of 15Five.
- Select Features from the dropdown menu.
- Click Best-Self Review®.
- Click Objectives.
- Select which objective types (Company-wide, Group, and/or Individual) to include in future review cycles by default.
- Click Save.
Phase 2: Configure Objectives when creating a review cycle
Complete these steps during review cycle creation after your question template is ready. See before continuing.
- Go to Reviews and begin creating or editing a review cycle.
- Navigate to the Objectives section of the cycle creation flow.
- Select which objective types to include: Company-wide, Group, and/or Individual.
- Navigate to the Question template section of the cycle creation flow.
- Set the timeframe for which objectives to include.
- All objectives and key results with start and end dates within the selected timeframe will be included. - Participants who own no objectives within the timeframe will not see the Objectives section in their review.
If Something Goes Wrong
