Configure Question Queue settings

Question Queue settings control whether the queue is active, how often questions appear, how many appear at once, and what happens after all questions cycle through.

Before You Begin

A Question Queue must already exist for the target scope (company, group, or individual) before you can configure its settings. See Create a Question Queue for Check-ins.

Steps

  1. Click the Settings gear in the bottom-left corner of your 15Five account.
  2. Go to Features Overview, locate Question Queue, and click Configure.
  3. Click the tab for the queue scope: Company-wide, Groups, or Individuals.
  4. If you selected Groups or Individuals, click the specific group or individual name.
  5. Scroll down to the Question Queue section.
  6. Click ... to the right of your queue.
  7. Select Manage settings from the dropdown menu.
  8. Toggle the queue on or off as needed.
  9. Set the question frequency: Weekly, Every other week, or Monthly.
  10. Set the number of questions asked per period: 1–5.
  11. Choose whether to repeat questions after all have cycled through, or stop.
  12. Click Save.
