Use these steps to add, edit, deactivate, delete, or reorder questions in an existing Question Queue.
Before You Begin
A Question Queue must already exist for the company, group, or individual you want to manage. To create one, see Create a Question Queue for Check-ins.
Steps
Navigate to the Question Queue
- Click the Settings gear in the bottom-left corner of your 15Five account.
- Go to Features Overview, locate Question Queue, and click Configure.
- Click the tab for the queue type: Company-wide, Groups, or Individuals.
- If you selected Groups or Individuals, click the name of the specific group or individual.
- Scroll down to the Question Queue section to view the current queue.
Add a question
- Click ... to the right of Question Queue.
- Select Create a new queued question from the dropdown.
- Complete the question creation form. See Manage Check-in questions for field details.
- Click Create new question.
- To reposition the new question, hover over it and drag it using the six-dot handle on its left.
Edit, deactivate, or delete a question
- Click ... to the right of the question you want to manage.
- Select the action from the dropdown:
- Edit question — reopens question settings for editing. Click Save when done. - Deactivate question — moves the question to the bottom of the queue, greys it out, and removes it from the rotation. - Delete question — permanently removes the question from the queue. This action cannot be undone.
To reactivate a deactivated question, click ... to the right of that question and select Activate question.
Reorder a question
- Hover over the question you want to move.
- Drag it to the desired position using the six-dot handle on its left.
To change which question is currently being asked:
- Drag the desired question to the top of the Next up section.
- Delete or deactivate the question in the Currently being asked section.
The top question in Next up will move into Currently being asked.
If Something Goes Wrong

| Deactivated question is still showing in rotation | Verify the question moved to the bottom of the queue and is greyed out | If it appears active, click ... next to the question and confirm Deactivate question is available; if not, it is already inactive |
| Reactivated question does not appear in rotation | Confirm the question is no longer greyed out | Drag it to the desired position in the Next up section after reactivating |
