After a survey campaign closes, 15Five auto-generates two presentation-ready outputs: a PowerPoint deck for leadership and PDF summaries for individual managers. These are separate from CSV exports and require no manual formatting.
Before You Begin
- Your engagement survey campaign must be closed.
- You must have Admin access or results access to the campaign.
Download the Executive Results Deck
- Open Engagement from the main navigation.
- Select the closed survey campaign.
- Navigate to the Results view.
- Locate the Executive Results Deck download option.
- Click Download to generate the PowerPoint file.
- Save the file to your device.
The deck includes key engagement insights, trends, benchmarks, and driver analysis formatted for leadership presentation.
Download Manager PDFs
- Open Engagement from the main navigation.
- Select the closed survey campaign.
- Navigate to the Results view.
- Locate the Manager PDFs download option.
- Click Download to generate the PDF files.
- Distribute each PDF to the corresponding manager.
Each PDF contains team-level engagement scores, strengths, opportunities, and recommended actions for that manager.
If Something Goes Wrong

| File does not generate | Confirm results have finished processing | Refresh the page and retry; contact support if the issue persists |
| Manager PDF is missing a specific manager | Confirm that manager had at least one eligible direct report respond | No fix available if response threshold was not met |
| File downloads but appears blank | Confirm you have results access for that campaign | Contact your Account Admin to verify permissions |
